SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES

We have the following shipping options available for USA & PR:

  • USPS Ground Package- $6 / FREE on orders over $100
  • USPS Priority Shipping - $12

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out. We have no control over the shipping time. To secure a faster ship time, please choose Priority. 

Preorders may take 1-4 weeks to ship. If you buy an in-stock item along with your preorder purchase, both items will ship once the preorder item arrives.

MiniMi will not be liable for any local customs import duty, the recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

LOCAL Pick-Up

Pick up Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday - Friday 10:30-4pm. 

When your order is ready for Pick Up you will receive an email or text message to coordinate your Pickup. Also, if you have special request for Pick Up please write a note on your order or contact us to arrange it.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled.  The system automatically created a shipping label to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer. Make sure to use both address lines if applicable. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS

PICK up Orders

Pick up Orders have a 14-day window. After 14 days, we will contact you to arrange shipping via postal mail. After 30 days from the first notice were notified that your order was ready for pickup, the items will be donated to charity.

Orders that are donated to charity due to non-pickup will not be eligible for refunds or store credits.
